Breadcrumbs.io is a subscription service that renews automatically unless cancelled. To cancel the subscription, certain steps need to be followed. Upon cancellation, the system will automatically refund the prorated amount for the remaining days until the end of the billing cycle. However, no additional refunds are provided for fees related to Breadcrumbs' accounts and services. It's important to note that the transaction will be automatically retried to process the payment if it was declined. After three attempts, the subscriptions will be automatically cancelled. The payment method can be changed or an additional one can be added at any time from the Settings page. Currently, only credit card payments are accepted. Payments by PayPal, direct debit, or wire transfers are not accepted. For more information, please refer to the Terms of Service.

To open an account in Breadcrumbs.io, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to User Settings by locating the avatar on the top right-hand side of the page and clicking on User Settings.
2. Navigate to the Account tab to see the list of the users connected to the account and to add additional ones.
3. Click "Create Account". The account will be created immediately and the name and email of the account's owner will be visible.
4. To add a new user, click the "New User" button located on the right-hand side of the page, add their name and email and click "Create User". The new user will receive an invitation to create a password and log in via email.

Note: An email can only be registered with Breadcrumbs under one account at a time. If the email is already in use on another Breadcrumbs account, it won't be possible to add it. This process allows more control over the information additional users have, and enables sharing of scoring models and data sources with co-workers and clients.
